We use a Support Ticket system to allow us to assign your question
to the staff member best qualified to answer your question and to create
a record of questions and responses. The Support Ticket system also
eliminates unnecessary voicemails on both ends.
Our support staff are on duty from 6 am to Midnight MST Monday
through Friday and 10 hours a day on weekends.
